Public Preview Terms

TailoredSignal is currently presented for evaluation and preview. No paid subscription or service is being offered through this website at this time.

Signals are intelligence, not guaranteed leads

A TailoredSignal signal describes or summarizes information found in public records and our interpretation of its potential commercial relevance. A signal does not establish that a business is currently seeking a contractor, intends to purchase a service, or will become a customer.

Public records can change

Public datasets may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, removed or updated after TailoredSignal reviews them. A statement that no later resolution record was detected means only that no such record was detected in the public data reviewed at that time.

No technical diagnosis

TailoredSignal does not replace professional inspection, diagnosis or trade expertise. Unless a public source expressly states a diagnosis, TailoredSignal does not claim that a specific component failed or that a particular repair is required.

Independent service

TailoredSignal is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the City of Cincinnati or any other government agency.

Preview status

Features, geographic coverage, signal categories and presentation may change as the product is tested and developed.
